Uri spearheads Riverhouse’s financial investor platform, supporting private equity firms, credit funds, development finance institutions, infrastructure funds and investment banks looking to invest in Africa. He advises established market players and new entrants to frontier markets on hiring senior-level investor relations executives, investment professionals, and C-suite and operational executives to their portfolio companies. Uri’s 20-year track record spans infrastructure, TMT, consumer goods, healthcare and educational services, alongside financial services, across Africa (notably, the Sub-Saharan region), the Middle East and Russia.
Uri speaks Arabic, Hebrew and English with native fluency. He holds a BA Hons in Politics and Philosophy from Middlesex University.

Yasmine is responsible for delivering research and execution support for projects within front office financial services, energy and healthcare across EMEA. She previously worked as Associate, Talent Acquisition at Kernel Global in London, focusing on growing internal talent within financial services recruitment, covering all levels of seniority across Europe and North America.
Yasmine holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Greenwich (U.K.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Al Akhawayn University (Morocco).
Yasmine speaks native French, Arabic and Amazigh, and fluent English.

Dr. Snezhina Gulubova

Having started her executives search career in 2004, Snezhina focuses on strategic hires in global emerging markets across investment banking, capital markets, private equity and corporate governance, and infrastructure globally. As a pioneer in executive search in Africa since 2007, she has an extensive track record, having participated in numerous landmark team builds and cross-border moves. On a daily basis, Snezhina is responsible for the management and training of the research team. She also teaches workshops on Time Management and Research and Writing Methods, coaches on career and personal development, and is actively involved in activities working towards equality and diversity.
Snezhina has a PhD in Ethnomusicology and two Master's degrees in Advanced Musical Studies and International Studies and Diplomacy (both Distinctions). She has published numerous articles, books and runs a cultural blog.
Snezhina speaks English, Spanish and Bulgarian.

Sam is responsible for our vision and strategic goals. He embodies Riverhouse’s values and belief in building long-term strategic partnerships, helping to solve each client’s critical business issues as one team through the placement of talent. Sam began his search career in Investment Banking at Armstrong International, being promoted to Managing Partner in 2002. Armstrong was an early pioneer in bringing together recruitment capabilities and strong research. At CTPartners, he was Head of the Asset & Wealth Management Practice for EMEA before setting up his own executive search business, Leon Partners, to support a close group of capital owners.
A dual French-Cypriot national, raised in London, Sam speaks fluent French. He has a BSc in Econometrics from London School of Economics and Political Science.
